Fixes Hephaestus update parity for the new /hep-storm surface.\n\n- Installs /hep-storm into Claude Code, Codex custom prompts, Gemini fallback commands, Antigravity workflows, Cursor/OpenCode commands, and the hephaestus-storm AgentSkill for .agents, OpenClaw, Hermes, and Cursor.\n- Aligns the public latest release so hephaestus update and update --check can discover Stormbreaker from GitHub latest.\n- Updates package verification so hephaestus-storm is treated as a shipped public skill.\n\nVerified with install-docs, global command contract, Stormbreaker/runtime/MCP tests, package verification, public safety check, and one-touch clean-home install.
