Finishes the Hephaestus update path for the /hep-storm rollout.\n\n- Keeps the v1.1.4 /hep-storm install parity across Claude Code, Codex, Gemini, Antigravity, Cursor, OpenCode, OpenClaw, Hermes, and .agents.\n- Installs short shell commands into ~/.local/bin: hephaestus, hep-build, hep-network, hep-cloud, hep-search, hep-call, hep-upload, and hep-storm.\n- Verifies the short hephaestus update --check command in the one-touch clean-home install test, so users can run exactly 'hephaestus update'.\n- Keeps package verification aligned with the shipped hephaestus-storm skill.\n\nVerified with install-docs, global command contract, Stormbreaker/runtime/MCP tests, package verification, public safety check, and one-touch clean-home install.
