Hephaestus v1.1.7

  • Added hep-global install|status|remove and the short hep-global shell shim.
  • Installs managed global router blocks for Codex (~/.codex/AGENTS.md), Claude Code (~/.claude/CLAUDE.md), and Antigravity/Gemini (~/.gemini/GEMINI.md).
  • Router priority is Network -> Cloud -> local agents -> local skills, with status lines naming final agents/skills instead of router commands.
  • Moved the README quickstart install command above the demo media and documented the one-touch opt-in: HEPHAESTUS_INSTALL_GLOBAL_ROUTER=1.

Verified with focused pytest, install docs verification, public safety check, full package verification, and one-touch install verification.
