agentmash lobby 0.34.0
installing an agent is one click: Install runs its maker's own install right where you clicked, with no command to paste and no enter to press, and it's ready to sign in and start when it ends. an agent that isn't installed can be picked on the new agent page and installed there. codex runs like the other agents.
agentmash lobby 0.33.1
a teammate's name inside a sentence (asking their agent) sits on the line again.
agentmash lobby 0.33.0
your team on the right: who is online and what they are doing, a teammate's week on a click, ask their agent from there. add a teammate by their github name; invites show up with accept and decline. settings: your picture, your name, theme, editor, updates and account.
agentmash lobby 0.32.0
conversations you start in the lobby stay in the sidebar after a restart and pick up where they left off. the agents, skills and instructions pages are cards now: one state, one next step, details on a click.
agentmash lobby 0.31.1
the app finds new versions on its own: every hour, and again when the computer wakes or you come back to the window. restart to install shows in the sidebar without checking by hand.
agentmash lobby 0.31.0
share a session live: your teammates see its files, conversation and terminal as they change, with everyone's cursors, and edit while you let them.
- share live: "Share live…" in a session's menu. pick your room or people, and whether they can edit (off unless you turn it on). while it's shared, the header says so, shows who's in it, and has Stop sharing.
- joining: teammates see "Shared live" on the session's card and row, and Join. they get the files with everyone's cursors and selections (the agent's caret has its name), the conversation and the terminal read-only, and the share's own chat. asking your agent for something still goes through a request you approve.
- editing together: while you let them, their edits land in your files, and you can undo any one person's edits. when someone types near the agent's latest edit, the app says so: both edits merge.
- end to end encrypted: each machine has its own key, and each share its own key sealed to the people in it. agentmash.dev passes the encrypted stream along and can't read it. a teammate's key that changes is flagged, and gets nothing until you check it.
- stopping ends it for everyone at once; a dropped connection picks up again within half a minute.

agentmash lobby 0.30.0
a menu by every session's name, the board by project, and a session you can watch like an IDE.
- a menu by every session: the ⋯ by a session's name in the sidebar, on its card and in its header (right-click opens it too) says how it stands and what it does now, answers claude's question or a permission right there, and has only the actions that fit: stop the turn, its terminal, its changes, rename, continue in another agent, end.
- the board by project: what waits for you comes first, answered in place; then one group per project with your and your team's sessions, each card saying what its agent does now, the plan's progress, and the files it changed.
- a session as an IDE: this session's files and turns on the left, the conversation in the middle, a live diff on the right, terminals at the bottom; drag the edges to size them.
- its own changes: the files this session changed, each against how it was before the session first touched it, not the whole repository.
- follow the agent: the diff shows the file the agent edits now, with its caret on the line; pick a file yourself and it waits until the next turn.

agentmash lobby 0.29.0
Auto: the app picks which of your agents and which model a new session starts with, and says why.
- Auto on the new-agent page: by your rules, in order (a question or a small edit goes to Claude Code with Sonnet, a refactor to Opus, a review to Codex), among the agents you have installed and signed in to. it says why, offers the alternatives, and the start button names the agent.
- steer it in the prompt:
[only codex],[fast],[no opus]. the tag is taken out before the agent sees your words. - when a limit runs out: when an agent says it hit its usage limit, Auto skips it until the time it said, and the conversation can go on in the next agent (it asks first, or does it with Undo, as you set).
- How Auto picks, on the Agents page: turn rules on and off, change the pick, add, reorder and remove rules, and see each login's limit.
- Codex started from the new-agent page now gets your first prompt.
- nothing is proxied and no keys of ours: Auto only picks the model an agent starts with (
--model), on your own login.

agentmash lobby 0.28.0
every session says the same thing everywhere: what it does now, and when it waits for you.
- one status language: six states told apart by shape in the sidebar, a session's header, the board and your team's view. a turning ring while it works, a question mark when it waits for you, a check when it finished a turn you haven't seen, an empty ring when it's idle, dashes while it starts, a cross on an error.
- what it does now: the header and the board say it ("Editing history.ts · 2m 14s"), with the plan's progress when the agent keeps one.
- claude asking is waiting for you: a question in claude's terminal now shows as needs you everywhere, read by the app itself, window open or not.
- done, not seen: a session that finished a turn you haven't looked at says so until you open it.
- for your team: a session waiting for you shows as waiting in their apps. what it does reaches them once agentmash.dev keeps it, as the kind of work and the file only: never a command, a prompt or a question's words.
