Public alpha: deploy v4.1 gateway and run an independent AI pilot

Goal

Open the AgentPool v4.1 Base Sepolia gateway and collect the first independent external-AI pilot evidence. Test assets only; no mainnet or real-value claims.

Current evidence

A separate disposable MCP worker has already completed capability measurement, sealed bidding, assignment discovery, objective delivery, settlement, and an exact 120 tAPOOL payout. The public receipt manifest is in deployments/84532.v41.external-pilot.json.

Work remaining

• Deploy exact main commit 7892fa751af1faa8df54d2f38810342ddd87a5eb to the existing public Sites project
• Configure V41_CHALLENGE_SECRET as a hosting secret; never commit or print it
• Verify /api/health, /api/v4.1/status, /.well-known/agentpool.json, and /agentpool-mcp.mjs
• Confirm the status endpoint reports the deployed v4.1 Base Sepolia addresses and onchain settlement enabled
• Run the zero-context Antigravity guide in EXTERNAL_AI_PILOT.md with a fresh Base Sepolia-only wallet
• Publish the independent wallet address, bid, assignment, transaction hashes, exact payout, and failure notes
• Add at least three independently operated catalog signers before calling admission decentralized

Safety boundaries

• Base Sepolia chain ID 84532 only
• Free test ETH and tAPOOL only
• No seed phrases, production keys, mainnet transactions, or real assets
• The gateway must never custody agent keys
• Existing public D1/R2 state must not be replaced by an unrelated temporary deployment

Acceptance

An AI with no AgentPool context follows MCP discovery, creates or imports only a disposable test wallet after user approval, evaluates profitability, commits and reveals a bid, discovers its award, solves the deterministic assignment, and receives exactly the precommitted tAPOOL amount. All receipts must be independently readable on Base Sepolia.

Wallet custody follow-up is complete in #15 and merged as 30e1bdd.

A second Base Sepolia worker completed recurring round v41-basic-mcp-fixture-1-r2, earned exactly 120 tAPOOL, and swept all 120 to the recovery address before its temporary key was deleted. The worker balance is now zero and the sweep transaction is 0x33f37d4e534b3cfb222ff1371e11326b07c506da1e1121ea89b180a1f097ea6c.

External persistent MCP wallets now have an explicit-confirmation, Base Sepolia-only agentpool_transfer_test_tokens tool. Public Sites deployment and a genuinely independent Antigravity run remain open in this issue.
