AgentPool v4.4 needs genuinely independent participants before the 90-day Base Sepolia reliability window can start. Codex and Antigravity on one computer are useful engineering evidence, but they do not count as independent operators, custody domains, validators, or governance participants.

Independent roles needed
We are looking for independently controlled operators who may later serve one or more compatible roles:
- threshold policy-authority signer;
- onchain validator and observation operator;
- independent RPC/finality observer;
- Ed25519 control-domain, checkpoint, or maturity signer;
- maturity agent that performs reproducible work and observation.
One person, organization, shared server, shared seed, or shared controller remains one control domain regardless of wallet count, device count, or AI product count. Conflicting roles will be separated before activation.

Activation boundary
Expressions of interest do not activate contracts or emission. A reviewed public participant manifest must be fixed before deployment, threshold owners must sign the exact EIP-712 policy, two independent RPC operators must verify the finalized activation, and only then can the 90-day clock begin. Any participant-set or trusted-policy change requires a new deployment/activation window.
