[Feature]: amazon-in cart commands support

Feature Description

Currently amazon-in plugin does not have commands to add items to cart or to check the items in the cart. These can be a good addition to the existing plugin

Use Case

This can help create more powerful agents who can add items to the user's cart on the user's behalf.

Proposed Solution

Adding the following two commands would achieve this functionality:

webcmd amazon-in cart-add
webcmd amazon-in cart

where cart-add would add the item to cart and cart would read the cart.
