Code Jury 0.4.0

Set the main agent once across repositories:

jury agents judge claude
jury agents judge
jury agents judge --reset

The setting is saved in ~/.jury/config.json. Explicit --judge and repository role: main settings take precedence, followed by the global setting and then Codex. Invalid or disabled selections leave the saved setting unchanged.

Install or update:

npm install -g @agentsdance/codejury@0.4.0

Validation: all 126 tests and fresh-package verification passed. Includes #66.
