DitMesh v1.0.0

First DitMesh release: Morse-only chat over Tox on Android, iOS, macOS, Linux and Windows.

Packages and signing

• Linux x86_64: .deb, .rpm, .tar.gz. Windows x64: .msi, .zip. macOS arm64 and x86_64: .pkg, .zip.
• Android .apk / .aab: signed with a debug key (no release signing key is configured yet), so they suit sideloading and testing, not Google Play.
• iOS .ipa: unsigned; re-sign it or install it with a sideloading tool.
• SHA256SUMS lists the checksum of every package.
