Theme: Structural Enforcement

Converting behavioral governance to structural governance. Where v3.9.0 codified governance rules, v3.10.0 makes those rules structurally unavoidable.

First multi-plan coordinated release in AGET history (3 component plans via REL-040).

Highlights

3-Layer Structural Enforcement (D71)

  • Layer 1: MUST-invoke directives for /aget-create-project and /aget-file-issue
  • Layer 2: Gate Boundary Protocol — 6-item checklist requiring plan update + commit
  • Layer 3: Skill Completion Signal pattern — signal absence = incomplete execution

Dual-Repo Sync Governance (D69/GOV-040)

  • SOP Phase -0.5: private→public content sync before version bump
  • R-SYNC-002 spec (6 EARS requirements, 4 artifact types)
  • Two validators: validate_content_sync.py, validate_changelogs.py

Skill Naming Reconciliation (#480)

  • 3 renames across 633 references in 14 repos
  • capture verb retired from Learning family, unified under record

Migration

Old Name New Name
aget-capture-observation aget-record-observation
aget-capture-nugget aget-record-nugget
aget-study-up aget-study-topic
