Initial release, only has basic functionality such as getting the document hashes and signing them.

It requires having the Autenticação.gov SDK installed. (version 3.11.0).

A Portuguese CMD or Citizenship Card is also required. CMD integration is non functional for now.

Only Windows and Linux executables are provided at this time.
