v2.0.3 — Cache and upgrade reliability fixes

Fixed

  • Fixed a stale, never-expiring cache that could keep serving pre-fix data indefinitely — countries/states transients now expire after 12 hours, and are purged on update.
  • Upgrade tasks (persisting the new setting default, purging stale caches) now run reliably regardless of how the update is deployed (WordPress admin, WP-CLI, git pull, or manual upload).
