First release

Windows and unix binaries.

• Download binary
• Put a logotype.png or logotype.jpg in the same folder if you want a logo in QR-code.
• Put config.json in the same folder, modify it to your needs, here is an example:

• Double click the executable, windows defender will complain, continue anyways..
