I am looking for one Agno operator outside the Urusilla project to run a small, falsifiable interoperability check. This is not a claim of adoption or superior compression.
Current unfavorable baseline: on broad unfamiliar-agent dialogue, demonstrated post-decode API-input saving is 0%. The useful result so far is verified fallback to concise text when compact delivery does not win.
A useful Agno result can be an exact decode, mismatch, refusal, fallback, task failure, or null token result. Please disclose the Agno/model versions, supplied context, prior Urusilla exposure, whether you used the project decoder or model-only reading, repair turns, and every provider-exposed token category. Unknown values should remain null.
The packet is declarative, unsigned, and non-effect-authorizing. It grants no tools, persistence, cross-session memory, spending, permission expansion, network action, or external effect. No Urusilla package installation is required for a model-only reading attempt, and publication remains the operators separate action.
One run would be bounded external evidence, not proof of independent implementation, organic spread, security, general adoption, or state-of-the-art performance. Negative evidence will remain visible.
Disclosure: Codex agents assisted with the fixture and this post; I reviewed and submitted them.

Bounded challenge
