  • Refresh invalidated pull sessions automatically.
  • Negotiate server-directed slot scaling, bound scale-up by configured capacity, and retire surplus slots promptly while preserving older-runtime fallback behavior.
  • Record worker lifecycle, business-execution, and activation-RPC timing with opt-in correlation logs.
  • Document the shared worker capacity and timing contract.

Validation: PR #24 passed the complete SDK Core CI suite, including formatting, Clippy, all-feature tests, and crates.io package verification.
