Adds the SDK-owned structured assertions interpreter shared by native SDK bindings and the runtime. Supports bounded expressions, named results, partial scores, thresholds, and typed failures. Online configuration validation rejects unavailable reference-answer dependencies before activation.
The release workflow publishes agnt5-eval-scorers 0.1.0 before SDK-core 0.3.4. Full workspace tests, lint, package verification, and the publication gate tests passed in CI.
