Includes the merged response-wait client changes.

  • Configure run/stream response waits from zero to 24 hours; accepted pending runs return a receipt without extra client polling.
  • Handle stream.wait_expired and stream.detached explicitly. A response wait deadline does not cancel execution.
  • Separate response wait from network and caller deadlines.

Breaking migration: Client.BatchStream and BatchStreamEvent were removed with the retired gateway endpoint. Use Batch and GetBatchStatus. Callers of Run must handle a pending receipt and retrieve the result by run ID.

Go is implemented independently; it does not embed SDK core 0.3.1. The release race suite passed locally, on the release PR, and in the tag workflow.
