Benefit

Provide support for TURN clients, while maintaining a record of account renewals, registrations, and expire/ removed accounts.

Acceptance Criteria

• Assist TURN clients as needed with account questions and issues
• Maintain a record of new accounts, renewals, and expired/ removed accounts
• Add new organizations to tracking document for DTS billing
• Add instructions on how to renew to the GPS subscription expiration email notifications (FY27 Q1)
