Adds local share cache to make shares info --id reliable even when server share-id lookup fails.

• Stores shareId->documentId mapping (no tokens) under ~/.outline-cli/cache.json.
• Updates cache on shares.create and shares.info by document-id.
• Adds outline cache show and outline cache clear.
