D-pad focus no longer jumps to the top bar while scrolling long lists — holding Up in a big
category rail or channel/movie/series list (e.g. 500 categories) could make focus outrun the list
and teleport to the top bar's Search button. Focus now stays inside the panel you're in; you leave
it only deliberately with Left/Right or Back.
Top-bar Search button now appears only while the highlight is on the left nav panel — inside
Live TV, Movies, Series, Guide, Downloads or Settings it fades out (keeping its space, so the
clock/weather chips never shift) and can't take focus. It fades back in when you return to the
nav panel, where it still opens Search as before.
Autoplay next episode no longer fails with a "malformed or corrupted" error — when an episode
ended and autoplay advanced, some providers still held the finished episode's connection slot, so
opening the next episode hung and the player gave up with a misleading corruption error (the same
episode then played fine manually). A hung open now gets one automatic silent reset-and-retry —
the transition shows a few extra seconds of spinner instead of an error. Only a second consecutive
hang still surfaces the error.
