Final version for Nature Communications paper on CA infrastructure partnership planning

This release contains all code and data associated with the following manuscript. v2.1 corresponds to version of the repository used for the final manuscript submitted after two rounds of peer review. This paper uses the MORDM_experiment_paper1 branch of the general CALFEWS repository.

See the repository README in the head directory of the source code .zip for detailed instructions for how to reproduce the analysis. The results file results.hdf5 is included in the release as a binary because this file is too large to store in the repository itself.
