Minor Changes

• Zen mode for the web diffs page: z toggles an immersive diffs-only view (no
  sidebar or full toolbar — just a minimal bar with the branch and diff summary:
  files + additions/deletions), Esc exits it, and the preference persists
  across reloads. All existing keymaps keep working, and zen applies uniformly
  across split/unified, commit walk, staged/untracked, and custom revision modes.

  Cmd/Ctrl+Enter opens the Send-review flow from anywhere: the toolbar popover
  outside zen, and a new centered, resizable dialog in zen where the toolbar is
  hidden. The popover and dialog share one panel implementation, size presets,
  and resize state; initial focus lands on the Approve verdict.

  Also fixes pnpm dev: the dev server script now forces web mode so the dev
  loop no longer falls into terminal diff mode under concurrently's piped
  stdout and exits immediately.
