Fixes the one-image-per-session bug (repeated RAW decodes exhausted WebView2 memory; sessions now release their buffers), turns the dockable widget ribbon on by default, surfaces decode failures in the UI instead of the console, and fixes landing-page centering.

Install: download SkyCruncher-setup.exe and run it. Existing installs update automatically on next launch.
