  • Perlcritic: prepr/pr now use the canonical container command with the project profile (single source of truth: /perlcritic skill); host-binary fallback removed
  • enforce-mcp-search: explicit-file grep exemption (directory sweeps stay blocked)
  • prepr antipatterns log moved to a portable path
  • Agents: duplicate bare MCP tool names removed
  • implement/ticket: OMG 4-layer rules, Locale::Wolowitz i18n rule, locale DoD checkbox, layer-aware plan steps
  • ticket plan template extracted to references/plan-template.md
  • CI workflow added (was untracked since v1.2.0)
