1.0.6: fix: edit_settings base_file must use literal ${packages} prefix

- ai_complete.py: _own_resource() now returns ${packages}/<pkg>/<file>.
  find_resources() returns 'Packages/...' which EditSettingsCommand never
  rewrites to res://, so it fell through to a relative filesystem path and
  always failed with 'could not be opened'
- ai_complete.py: add _resource_exists() so the keymap fallback actually works
- client.py: fall back to http://127.0.0.1:11434 for ollama only
- add repository.json (tags: true) so Add Repository users get semver versions
  and the package installs as AhuAIComplete instead of the repo name
