This release establishes GNU AGPLv3 as the project license for v1.16.0 and later.

Licensing

• v1.16.0 and later: GNU Affero General Public License v3.0 (AGPL-3.0-only)
• v1.15.6 and earlier: remain available under the original MIT License
• the application About window now links to the complete license and corresponding source code
• build output now includes the full AGPLv3 license text

Documentation

• updated Traditional Chinese and English README files
• added a complete Traditional Chinese blog introduction with public-safe screenshots
• preserved the previous MIT license text for historical releases
