NetCheckMonitor（對外網路連線能力監控程式）可定時監控對外網路連線，紀錄斷線並產生圖文報表，並支援 Google Drive 備份與 PDF 下載。程式完全免費、開源、無廣告。

本次更新

  • 中文程式名稱更新為「對外網路連線能力監控程式」。
  • 主畫面標題更新為「對外連線能力監控」。
  • 新增專屬地球、網路與心跳線圖示，套用於執行檔、視窗及系統匣。
  • 更新繁體中文與英文說明文件及自動測試。
  • 更新 Windows 攜帶版，解壓縮後即可執行，不需安裝。

主要功能

  • 每分鐘檢查對外網路連線能力，支援暫停、繼續與防止休眠。
  • 即時安全寫入資料，降低誤關閉或當機造成的資料遺失。
  • 執行監控時仍可產生完整或指定日期的 PDF 報表。
  • 報表包含斷線時段、每日斷線時間、每日斷線百分比與電腦名稱。
  • 可使用個人 Google 帳號登入，定時備份完整 PDF 與 CSV 到 Google Drive 的 Net_Check 資料夾。
  • 自動依 Windows 語言選擇繁體中文或英文；其他語言預設英文。

NetCheckMonitor periodically checks outbound Internet connectivity, records outages, and creates visual reports with Google Drive backup and PDF export. It is free, open source, and ad-free.

Changes in this build

  • Updated the Traditional Chinese product name and main-screen wording.
  • Added a custom globe, network, and heartbeat icon to the executable, window, and system tray.
  • Refreshed the Traditional Chinese and English documentation and automated tests.
  • Rebuilt the portable Windows package; extract and run with no installation required.
