Registration Pairs Complete - Critical Fixes

Registration Pairs tracking accuracy - Registration URL now sent explicitly in POST body
No longer relies on unreliable HTTP Referer header
Backward compatible fallback to Referer for older deployments
Registration logging bug - Fixed HTTP 400 error caused by non-existent thankyou_page_url column
Removed redundant column from INSERT (thank you page accessible via pair_id foreign key)
Duplicate callback handling - Improved HTTP 409 response handling for seamless redirects
