feat(models): add GLM-5.3 intelligence data

What changed

• add GLM-5.3 to the model catalog with official specifications, pricing, parameter provenance, and all configured locales
• add the GLM-5.3 Artificial Analysis Intelligence Index score and refresh the observation date
• move GLM-5.2 to maintained status and use GLM-5.3 as the current GLM price-intelligence representative
• regenerate catalog metadata and data-health snapshots

Why

Artificial Analysis added GLM-5.3 to Intelligence Index v4.1.1, and Z.ai released the corresponding model documentation and pricing. The catalog should expose the current GLM release and keep historical lifecycle and comparison data aligned.

Impact

Readers can discover and compare GLM-5.3 with an Intelligence Index score of 60, 753B total parameters, 40B activated parameters, a 1M-token context window, and current first-party API pricing. The Hugging Face model URL remains unset until GLM-5.3 weights are publicly available.
