🎯 PR Rename Plugin

A new plugin to automatically manage module identifiers in pull request titles.

Features:

  • Automatically adds module identifiers to PR titles (M{module}.{submodule}.{task})
  • Extracts module IDs from branch names (e.g., feat/2.2.13-feature → M2.2.13)
  • AI-powered extraction from PR descriptions using Claude or OpenCode
  • Smart detection of existing module IDs anywhere in the title to avoid duplicates
  • Dry-run mode for safe preview of changes
  • Force mode to replace incorrect module IDs

Usage:

sidekick pr-rename                  # Current branch's PR
sidekick pr-rename 123               # Specific PR
sidekick pr-rename --dry-run        # Preview changes
sidekick pr-rename --ai-agent opencode  # Use OpenCode for extraction

Configuration:

  • SIDEKICK_PR_RENAME_AI_AGENT: Default AI agent (claude/opencode)
  • SIDEKICK_PR_RENAME_CLAUDE_MODEL: Claude model (default: claude-3-5-haiku-20241022)
