v0.1.0

The first pre-1.0 release of Swarrow provides a narrow deployment relay for Docker Swarm. An authorised GitHub Actions workflow can submit an immutable image digest, which Swarrow verifies against local policy before updating one preconfigured service and observing the rollout.

The release includes Linux AMD64 and ARM64 binaries, a multi-platform container image, checksums and provenance attestations.
