AntiAgent v0.4.6
Summary
Fixed agents taking noticeably longer to finish tasks since the v0.4.x flow-state hooks were installed. Antigravity runs every hook synchronously in the agent loop, and the antiagent-flow-state hook spawned a Python process (~40 ms) on every tool call and model invocation, roughly doubling AntiAgent's hook overhead. Flow tracking is now nearly free unless an antiagent agy session is actually running, and queued prompts / Smart Enter no longer get stuck behind stale state.

State-Machine Fixes (engine/pty_bridge.py) |
Terminal surface detection no longer re-matches stale "Allow once" text after Stop, which held queued prompts and made Smart Enter queue instead of send (and rewrote state on every output chunk). A BACKGROUND_BUSY state older than 30 s lets an explicit Enter through on a clean prompt surface; queued prompts are never dispatched on a timer, and approval/preview/question surfaces stay protected. State recorded before a wrapper session started is ignored. |
Hook Profiling & Benchmarks (engine/hook_profiler.py, benchmarks/hook_latency.py) |
Opt-in ANTIAGENT_PROFILE_HOOKS=1 writes per-hook timings to ~/.antiagent/runtime/hook_profile.jsonl without touching hook stdout. Benchmark harness reproduces Antigravity's synchronous sh -c hook execution with A/B configurations. |
