Fixed in ZotLit 2.1.4, out now. The result row's second line was gated on the Journal Article item type, so a Preprint — along with Book Section, Thesis, Report, Conference Paper, and Webpage — rendered as a bare title, losing the authors, year, and publication together. Every item type now shows that line. The "where it appeared" part follows the item type, so a Preprint shows its repository (arXiv, for example) and a Book shows its publisher. Custom item types and custom fields resolve too, and an item with neither simply shows authors and year. Update the plugin from Settings → Community plugins.
