Observed-usage stays a driver CLI. Close and reconcile do not auto-fill the ledger.

  • Usage is filled only by usage aggregate --records-file. Native-worker close and full-run reconcile do not write the session block, calibration row, or report panel. Claude and Codex extractors are not invented. Unknown stays the literal unobserved (#243).
  • Continuity watchdog docs no longer treat launchd StartInterval coalescing after sleep as observed fact (#246).
