BugDrop v0.2.1 fixes the completed-report state in the Chrome extension popup.

Highlights:

  • Adds “Delete report & start over” directly to the popup
  • Confirms before deleting the previous report and its screenshots
  • Returns immediately to capture setup so another bug can be recorded
  • Keeps the local desktop recorder behavior unchanged; it already allows consecutive captures
  • Updates the CI artifact path so future versioned packages are retained automatically

Update for unpacked installations:

  1. Download and extract bugdrop-0.2.1.zip.
  2. Replace the existing extension files, or point Chrome at the extracted folder.
  3. Open chrome://extensions and click Reload for BugDrop.

Verification:

  • 16 unit tests passed
  • Full Chromium extension flow passed, including deleting a completed report and starting a second capture
  • Extension syntax, manifest assets, permission boundary, package contents, and desktop HTTP security checks passed
