v2.2.0 — Native live text search

Added

• Added search action=text and --text-search for bounded, no-index literal search over current project files.
• Returns deterministic file, line, and column coordinates, complete match counts, glob filtering, and fail-closed scan evidence.
• Uses TSA's native engine and requires neither ripgrep nor fd.

Reliability

• Certified source reads now preserve the first published snapshot failure reason without capturing a second stale snapshot, avoiding false INDEX_SNAPSHOT_CAPACITY errors on large indexes.

Maintainability

• Split the task router into bounded index, impact, constraint, fan-out, session, task, and wire modules while preserving byte-exact public responses.

Validation

• Release-level Linux, macOS, and Windows tests across Python 3.10–3.13.
• MCP black-box, regression, SQL platform compatibility, package build, security, type, and performance gates.
