Switching now brings windows forward even when they're on another desktop or minimized. Fixes switching sometimes doing nothing when the mouse pointer rested where the switcher opens.

Click a preview to switch to it. Hovering selects a preview, and once you've used the mouse, letting go of ⌥ keeps the switcher open until you click (click outside or press esc to close).
