Converts the setup flow to the numbered stepper format used on the Claude Code integration page: install, provider panel, API key, model pick, first task. Manual configuration, model notes, use cases, and troubleshooting stay as regular sections. Removes the oversized logo figure and its now-unused asset. No factual changes. Follow-up to #457. This PR restyles the Atomic Agent integration guide to match the numbered stepper format used on the Claude Code page: install, provider panel, API key, model pick, first task.
Also removes the oversized logo figure and its now-unused asset. No factual changes.
Happy to adjust further if you'd like a different structure.
