v2.0.3 - Droid hook fix + plugin discovery (SEA binaries fixed)

This is a re-release of v2.0.3 with corrected SEA binaries (the previous binaries could crash on install-hooks).

✨ Highlights

SEA binary fix: openskills install-hooks -g --agent droid no longer crashes (ERR_UNKNOWN_BUILTIN_MODULE / ./impl/format).
Factory/Droid hooks now work reliably
- install-hooks supports JSONC (// comments) in ~/.factory/settings.json and preserves comment headers when writing.
- Installs a proper SessionStart hook + PATH bootstrap so ~/.openskills/bin aliases work inside sessions.
Manifest-driven Claude plugin skill discovery (fast, no recursive scans)
- Supports both skills/<name>/SKILL.md collections and single-skill directories with SKILL.md at the root.
Agent-aware listing
- list-skills (agent-facing) filters to enabled plugin skills when enabledPlugins is configured.
- openskills list shows everything and marks [enabled] / [disabled] when available.
