Release list
AioLM v0.3.1
Windows x64: NSIS / MSI. Linux x86_64 (Ubuntu 24.04+): DEB / AppImage.
macOS 13.3+: Apple silicon (aarch64) and Intel (x64) DMG, or install.sh.
Assets are unsigned. Verify SHA-256 values against checksums.txt from this release.
The macOS app is ad-hoc signed, not notarized: after opening a browser-downloaded copy,
allow it once under System Settings > Privacy & Security > Open Anyway, or install with
install.sh, which verifies the DMG's SHA-256.
DEB registers the launcher and icon automatically. For AppImage desktop integration,
use register-linux-desktop.py from this release after verifying its checksum.

AioLM v0.2.1
Windows x64 and Linux x86_64 packages are available in this release.
- Add Linux DEB and AppImage downloads, desktop icon registration, and installation guides in English, Korean, Japanese and Chinese.
- Correct memory estimates for long contexts and CUDA/ROCm multi-GPU attention buffers.
- Display runtime RAM separately from RAM offload, with RAM totals and an explanation of reclaimable OS file cache.
- Include the Linux native compatibility and model-lifecycle fixes validated on the current main branch.
Linux packages target Ubuntu 24.04 or newer on x86_64. Install the DEB for automatic application-menu and icon integration. AppImage users can register the verified file with python3 register-linux-desktop.py --appimage /path/to/AioLM.AppImage.
Windows installers and Linux packages are unsigned. Compare each downloaded file with checksums.txt from this release before installing or running it.
AioLM v0.2.0
AioLM 0.2.0 includes the desktop branding update and the latest usability and reliability improvements.
- Collapse the desktop sidebar and customize chat personalization and desktop preferences.
- Browse public benchmarks and import their run settings as profiles.
- View compact model metadata summaries and expand details for complete values and attribution.
- Stop MCP tool calls while waiting for approval or a tool response; cancellation also closes the approval prompt and server process.
- Reclaim model, benchmark, runtime build, gateway and helper resources on cancellation and shutdown.
- Clean up transient UI timers and release chat stream readers after completion or failure.
Windows installers are unsigned. Verify the SHA-256 values in checksums.txt before installation.
This release replaces the earlier 0.2.0 artifacts with a build of the current main branch.
If you already installed the earlier 0.2.0 build, download and run the new installer manually; the in-app updater only offers versions newer than the installed version.
AioLM v0.1.19
Changes
- Apply the Orchid Periwinkle design across desktop workspaces, with coordinated light and dark colors, a gradient brand mark, and refined shared controls.
- Improve text wrapping, compact typography, button spacing, and input hover/focus treatments.
- Distinguish information, success, warning, and destructive actions with restrained role colors.
- Improve dropdown labels, keyboard navigation, and benchmark description accessibility.
- Update the compatible brace-expansion dependency patch used by workbook exports.

AioLM v0.1.18
AioLM v0.1.17
Windows installers are unsigned. Verify the SHA-256 values in checksums.txt from this release.
What's changed
- Preview VRAM, RAM offload and SSD offload before loading a model. Estimates update with settings and explain capacity limits, unsupported layouts and assumptions; stored model file sizes are shown separately.
- Make inherited defaults and customized profile settings easier to distinguish. Profile details group GPU placement and runtime arguments, and reset controls sit beside each setting's title.
- Allow desktop, CLI and benchmark model startup up to ten minutes for loading and warmup, while reporting process exits promptly and preserving cancellation.
- Simplify the chat composer and show the selected model in conversation session details.
- Add first-run language, theme and model-folder setup. Keep app data together in the user data folder and save conversations as readable files.
- Improve profile save comparisons, single-instance startup, tray restoration, uninstall data cleanup and corrected multi-GPU ROCm runtime packaging.
Resource estimates are planning guidance. Firmware-reserved or shared GPU memory and custom multi-GPU allocation ratios can reduce usable capacity compared with the displayed totals.
Validation
- Frontend contracts, direct regression tests and 1,170 Vitest tests passed, alongside type checking, lint and production build.
- Rust formatting, Clippy and automated tests passed. Live model and runtime-download checks remain opt-in and were not run.
- Windows installers are built and verified by the release workflow.

AioLM v0.1.16
Windows installers are unsigned. Verify the SHA-256 values in checksums.txt from this release.
What's Changed
- Release v0.1.16: model identity, response attribution and profile runtimes by @joowon-jang in #15
Full Changelog: v0.1.15...v0.1.16
AioLM v0.1.15
Changes
- Create the default model folder automatically on first launch after installation.
- Show Hugging Face GGUF models immediately in Discover, with downloads, likes, recently updated, and Trending sorting. Already installed files show an installed state instead of an enabled download button.
- Explain missing models, runtimes, and split files beside disabled launch actions, with links to the relevant settings.
- Add a setting to keep AioLM running in the system tray when its window closes.
- Use prominent confirmation dialogs for discarding edits, saving profiles, and deleting profiles. Emphasize warnings and errors while retaining the bottom activity bar.
- Display llama.cpp runtime versions, CPU Core/Thread counts, and consistent binary storage and timing units across the app and benchmark website.
- Update the benchmark contract to 0.6.0 with optional physical CPU core counts; older records keep unknown counts unset.
