Release v1.0.3 - SVG arrow indicator, pastel colors, font size fixes

- Add LSB→MSB direction arrow in SVG (horizontal and vertical)
- Switch to lighter pastel color palette
- Dark text (#333) on light backgrounds for contrast
- Adjust viewBox fontSize to 22 for body text match
- Fix table and tooltip font sizes to inherit body
