libnode for Linux (v26.7.0)

Built by workflow run: https://github.com/airbreather/mod-nodejs/actions/runs/31229694424 - note the SHA digest in the logs (which I hope are still accessible later) matches the file here.

Windows already has pre-built files from nodejs.org that serve the same purpose, but there's nothing I can find for Linux. So something like this is needed to avoid this project adding extra manual steps or configuration flags to the build process.
