Built by workflow run: https://github.com/airbreather/mod-nodejs/actions/runs/34046618269 - note the SHA digest in the logs (which I hope are still accessible later) matches the 7z file here (zlib import lib built from: https://github.com/airbreather/mod-nodejs/actions/runs/33966930669 with the same idea).
In the Linux releases, I wrote something about the official Windows builds already having what we need. That doesn't seem to be true - or at least, I couldn't definitely get it to work when I tried, whereas I COULD eventually get this to work.
An earlier release didn't have separate Debug / Release builds, and I wanted to get PDBs in here too, so I've made a new release with everything we should need.
