Added

• Document ingest gateway + Markdown-plan bridge (Spec 013): MCP surface to ingest external documents and bridge Markdown → hwpx.document_plan (ingest_adapters, markdown_plan).

Fixed

• Styled paragraph/table font size (양식 채우기 글자 크기): add_paragraph / insert_paragraph (and therefore create_document_from_plan) now apply the paragraph style's char property (charPrIDRef) to the text run instead of letting python-hwpx default it to charPrIDRef="0". On templates whose char property #0 is a large title font — e.g. the KACE 투고양식, where #0 = 17pt (국문_제목) — styled body text no longer renders at that title size; it uses the style's real size (j-본문 = 9pt). add_table cells get the document body (바탕글/Normal) char property for the same reason. A guard (_enforce_run_char_pr) re-asserts the style char property on freshly created runs and warns on an unexpected mismatch (regression detection). add_heading already passed char_pr_id_ref; this restores the same behaviour for body paragraphs and table cells.
