AIS FLOWS Skill Operations Pack v0.1.0-rc6

A useful discovery is not yet a skill.

AIS FLOWS Skill Operations Pack turns an approved source or proven workflow
into three traceable decisions: what is reusable, what artifact it should
become, and where it belongs.

It either becomes a real improvement to the library, or it stays out. No
duplicates. No blind installs. No “sort it out later” folder.

Included

  • AIS FLOWS Source -> SOURCE_PACKET.md
  • AIS FLOWS Builder -> BUILD_DECISION.md
  • AIS FLOWS Curator -> CURATION_DECISION.md

Each module can be used independently. The full route is:

Compatibility Boundary

Codex / OpenAI Agent Skills is verified. Claude Code, OpenAI GPTs, Kimi, Qwen,
DeepSeek, and generic OpenAI-compatible adapters are included as prepared
instruction forms, but their runtime behavior is not yet verified. MCP is not
applicable.

What This Release Does Not Do

This pack does not automatically install sources, create skills, mutate or
clean a library, delete files, access accounts or secrets, or publish.

This is a permissioned, all-rights-reserved release candidate. It does not
claim open-source status, universal compatibility, security certification,
customers, sales, or provider certification.

You are not collecting skills. You are building a working library.
