Fixed

  • AitherShell session amnesia: the REPL generated a fresh session_id for EVERY message, so conversation history never followed across turns. One stable id is now minted per shell run; /resume and /new unchanged; cross-restart session auto-restore now works.

Server-side companions to this fix (session breadcrumbs, streaming reroll on empty completions, goal-unmet honesty gate, deterministic deferral acks) ship in the AitherOS fleet.
