aither-adk 2.17.0

  • adk stack qdrant — one-command local Qdrant provisioning for graph memory (validated docker start, respects existing AITHER_FLEET_QDRANT_URL/API_KEY, honest exit codes).
  • Local↔cloud tiering — local Qdrant (working set, two-way sync) + cloud AitherNexus (durable RAG) made explicit; new SELF_HOSTING_RUNBOOK.
  • Conductor URL public fallback — customer boxes off the fleet mesh now fall back to https://conductor.aitherium.com automatically.
  • Headscale mesh transport — NAT-friendly join via headscale (AITHER_MESH_TRANSPORT=headscale) with automatic fallback to raw WireGuard.
