New: adk bonsai-local

One command to run Bonsai-27B on your own hardware and have the Living OS at aitherium.com chat on your box:

adk bonsai-local
  • Runs the PrismML llama.cpp fork (1-bit Q1_0 Bonsai-27B) on localhost:8090.
  • GPU auto-detected (nvidia docker runtime); CPU/AVX fallback — no GPU required.
  • The Living OS detects :8090 and routes chat to your local brain (the ladder's local tier).
  • --dry-run shows the plan; --stop tears it down.

Wheel verified to contain the command before publish. pip install -U aither-adk.
