• Unified desktop and documentation icons with the Android white, teal, and gold design, using a wrench for repair and a magnifier for diagnosis. Preserved existing resource dimensions and rebuilt the macOS Icon Composer Assets.car catalog.
• Made icon synchronization update Icon Composer artwork and compile Assets.car with Xcode, with cross-platform stale-source checks. Added matching documentation and WebAuthn favicons.
• Moved documentation and WebAuthn validation into Tests CI. Web deployment now follows successful main Tests or a manual main run, builds the exact source commit, and skips obsolete commits.

• Added the WebAuthn Diagnosis Android companion and a memory-only test site with browser-local registration and signature checks.
• Made the WebAuthn site a general-purpose tool: username exploration, a three-step guided mode, Android-scene return hints, prominent result summaries, and no one-hour session limit. Development uses localhost so Firefox no longer fails at 127.0.0.1.
• Combined documentation and /webauthn/ into one main-only Web deployment, opened the test app with a full page load from the docs site, and reorganized bilingual docs by responsibility.
• Split Android signed-AAB/store publishing from desktop releases, with independent Android versions and changelogs. Android development uses native Unix/PowerShell Just recipes (PowerShell 7.5+).
• Hardened publication: notarize and staple signed macOS DMGs, fail incomplete releases, and fix Windows CLI ZIP staging. Temporarily dropped generated third-party notices.
• Limited WebAuthn browser tests to Chromium and Firefox until Playwright restores Linux WebKit virtual-authenticator support.

• Added discoverable just set-version VERSION and just set-macos-signing POLICY maintenance commands, with bilingual release-maintenance instructions.
• Simplified Windows releases to GitHub Artifact Attestations and SHA-256 for all channels, including alpha/beta, and removed PFX credentials and Authenticode branches/configuration. macOS retains configurable prerelease signing and mandatory stable signing/notarization with protected approval. No updater or minisign key was introduced.
• Separated build provenance from platform signatures in release notes; the manifest retains signed: false for Windows. Added release checks for unconditional attestations and gated assembly on successful platform builds.
• Added a commented Unreleased section and contributor/agent rules to accumulate new changes before assigning them to a new version, preserving historical release entries.
