• Expanded the main README with the examples gallery and updated public-facing positioning

Integrity fixes included in this release

• Aligned flagship hazard-analysis.md verification references with the actual traceability.md mappings
• Adjusted gallery wording so traceability claims match the explicit gap-register model used in the examples

• Verified all markdown links in README.md, agents/, and examples/
• Parsed all 20 system.yaml files successfully
• Rechecked flagship cross-file hazard/control/verification consistency after final fixes
